You must be at least 21 years of age with a valid picture ID and U.S. Social Security number at the date and time a contest is played and be a resident of one of the following New England states: Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. (unless otherwise specified).

Any person or persons in your immediate household or family may qualify or win a WEIB 106.3 Smooth FM contest only once every thirty (30) days.  For prizes valued at $600 or more only one winner per household is permitted every 365 days. All tax and other liabilities incurred as a result of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. No purchase necessary. Employees of Cutting Edge Broadcasting Incorporated, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, representatives, and their immediate families are ineligible to participate.  Also ineligible are promotional participants, partners, sponsors and other radio stations in the Springfield metropolitan area and the members of their immediate families.

WEIB 106.3 Smooth FM is not responsible for phone or internet malfunctions.  WEIB 106.3 Smooth FM cannot mail prizes. All prizes or prize certificates must be picked up within 30 days at the WEIB studios during normal office hours (10am-5pm weekdays).  Bring a valid ID with you when you claim your prize.  WEIB 106.3 Smooth FM is located at 8 North King Street, Northampton, MA  01020. By participating in the contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation.

Winner also agrees to hold harmless Cutting Edge Broadcasting Incorporated and release the station, its employees, its licensee, its parent corporations, their affiliated entities, affiliated advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, and representatives from any and all claims or liability in connection with acceptance or use of any prize.

To the extent that any prize consists of event tickets, cruise cabins, airline tickets and/or hotel reservations, WEIB 106.3 Smooth FM is not responsible for any cancellation, postponement, or overbooking.

Unless we inform you otherwise, contest prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

WEIB 106.3 Smooth FM has the sole discretion to terminate a contest at any given time, change the rules of or extend the dates of a contest upon notice.

WEIB 106.3 Smooth FM reserves the right to substitute prizes of greater or equal value and requires contest winners to sign a winner release form for prizes valued at $600 or more.

Decisions of Cutting Edge Broadcasting Incorporated station management with respect to contests are final.

WEIB 106.3 Smooth FM in is sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process.

WEIB 106.3 Smooth FM is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize.
